When you arrive

Plan to arrive on time. We’ll greet you and confirm your information. [TBD — Dr. Lincoln to confirm arrival/check-in details.]

Step by step, what to expect

  1. Check-in: confirm details and last food/drink times.
  2. Assessment: the anesthesia provider examines the patient and reviews history.
  3. Consent: we explain the plan and answer questions before anything begins.
  4. Sedation & treatment: anesthesia is given through an IV line and the patient is continuously monitored while the dentist works.
  5. Recovery: we watch the patient closely as the sedation wears off.

[TBD — Dr. Lincoln to confirm step details and timing.]

The assessment & consent flow

Before any sedation, our provider performs a pre-op assessment and reviews the plan, risks, and alternatives with you. Sedation only proceeds after your consent. [TBD — Dr. Lincoln to confirm.]
